Mekai Nason — Founder of CrewBrain

About

Mekai Nason runs two home-service companies in Langley, British Columbia: Shine City Pressure Washing and Simple Moves.

Running them meant juggling a CRM, a phone line, a scheduler, a quoting tool, payroll and a group chat that never talked to each other. Nothing on the market fit a real crew, so he built his own software and ran both companies on it every day until it was good enough to trust with someone else's business.

That software is CrewBrain. It prices every job from its real costs (crew time, drive time, materials, vehicle and overhead) and runs the office, the phones and the crew app in one place. Today Mekai works with a small group of service-business owners who join by application.
